Caring for Our Community's Children

Help the Backpack Lunch Program provide weekend lunches for school children who are at risk for hunger on the weekends when federally sponsored school lunches are not available.
Please bring GOOD food items include: chili, soup or ravioli in meat sauce; mac n’ cheese; granola bars; or individual 100% juice boxes, fruit cups, raisin packs or 100% juice boxes. Monetary donations (in any amount) are also helpful and will be accepted. 

Dessert Testing
A local pastry chef will demonstrate how to prepare two delicious dessert sauces, which will be the base for three decadent desserts we'll sample: raspberry mousse, rich Mexican chocolate cocoa, and truffles.

End-of-the-Year Potluck and Spring Flower Pick-up

Rain or shine, this end-of-year spring picnic is a warm way to gather before summer, install our new officers and introduce our friends and families. Pick up flower orders and join in a delicious potluck.

The main dish is provided. Please bring a large portion of the following according to your last name:

  • A-G: salad
  • H-N:  appetizer
  • O-S: beverage
  • T-Z: dessert
